The Norwegian media has gone into overdrive, as the Royal Household called for a press-conference at very short notice (1 hour). At a medical examination it was found that HM the King's health-condition is not noticeably worsened, as a result of a heart-condition called (I think) aortastenosis in English (progressively increasing tightness in the valve between the heart and the aorta). The King is to undergo heart-surgery just after Easter, and is expected to remain in hospital for two weeks.
